This stepper is absolutely perfect! I was looking for a stepper with strong resistance, a timer and step counter, and one that is sturdy and well constructed for a good price. Honestly, this stepper does all of that and much more. It has great resistance, but if you are looking to change resistance, this does not do that. The workout is also great. Honestly after 100 steps you can really feel it working. I have been using it roughly 5 times a week, 1000 steps each time and I can already see and feel a difference in my legs (thighs and calfs) and butt.
I’ve only had this for about a month and i’m enjoying it so far. the only exericise i get is walking where i have to go. yes, the machine started squeaking within a wee. most of the time i’m listening to music so i dont much hear it. i think the squeaking is still worth. something i also like about this is that you actually feel it working. i’m only doing 215 steps for now but i feel better physically.
