Riding a bike can be a great way to get some exercise as well as sightsee around your neighborhood. Finding a good dependable bike can often be difficult with so many features to choose from. The GMC Topkick Mountain Bike comes with a lot of features you want in an all terrain type of bicycle. In addition to the large tread mountain bike tires, it also comes with a dual suspension frame to cushion your ride over bumpy roads. This particular model also includes the popular Shimano gears for a smooth transition from one speed to the next. You can ride with surety knowing the Promax disc brake system is there to stop you in a hurry if you need it.

The frame is made of a lightweight aluminum so moving your bike around when you’re not on it is easy to do. Overall this bike is comfortable to ride for long periods of time and the shocks take the beating of any gravel or debris you ride over, so your joints don’t have to. There is some assembly required so be sure to have a hex wrench on hand. Just tighten a few key nuts and bolts, and you’ll be off riding in style around your neighborhood in no time.

Get The Scoop On The GMC Topkick Mountain Bike

Customer reviews are a great way to research a product and find out if it truly delivers. Here are a few reviews from owners of the GMC Topkick Dual-Suspension Mountain Bike.

Like many other owners have said, it really must be “adjusted” at a bike shop for optimal use. The front brake takes some adjusting to sit just right and I personally had to rip off the plastic cover by the rear gears to keep the chain from catching, but after all this, I am still happy with the bike, seeing that others would have cost me $600 and up. I’ve taken this bike down trails at 35mph, jumping every bump on the way down, and as long as you keep the chain taught in a high gear and tighten all the bolts down well, you will have no problem.

s I took it for her maiden voyage this morning to our local greenhouse, also known as my wife’s place of employment, I notice that there was a ting sound coming from the rear wheel, and then it stop shortly after. I also noticed the front derailer needed even more adjustment as it shifted really hard into the middle setting. One problem I had from the beginning is that the rotor for the front disk brake is bent a little and I also notice the front wheel has just a little play in it. So I will probably have to do a little more fine tuning or heaven forbid find someone to take a look at it for me.
