I wanted an exercise machine for an upper body workout and I got more than what I bargained for. It came in a coffin sized box and this 65 yr old single lady figured how to put it together easily. It’s about 9 feet long and a foot wide. Excitedly, the first day, I rowed 25 strokes/minute for an hour. The second day-the same. It’s quiet and I could watch TV while becoming a row master.
My whole family is enjoying this rowing machine. I was tempted to get one of the “water enclosed with paddles” types of rowers but changed my mind after hearing of occasional leaks.
