As for the feel of the machine, it’s very smooth and sturdy. If you’re not looking for any fancy electronics and are looking to save some $$$, it’s worth getting it over the 418 and 438. The pedals on this model are made of plastic, not rubber, and are cheaper looking and feeling than the other models. However, with sneakers on, you probably won’t notice the difference. Also, the handle bars with heart rate sensors are lower than the other models, but they don’t feel too low, which I was afraid of.
